"{of us, and how we lived, what we talked about at night, and down the streets, and in the car, driving, and to ourselves. And how you were, to me, so beloved, and I to you, or was I. and what we held, the small facts of our days, along with one another, soft-bodied & true&& whether I am blushing or will always be weeping.laughing.wild}"

-Strawberry Pie

Strawberry Pie is a novel about liquid love of immoderate proportions. It is also about joking and death; breathing and conversation; the source of the sublime. Sometimes it makes mention of angels, and often of the absurd. Also: fathers, the different forms they take, as well as the fragile instruments of human memory, and how to keep them safe.
